NAPIT Member
Mechurion are proud to confirm that they are members of NAPIT, which is a Government approved and United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) accredited membership scheme operator in the building services and fabric sector.
There are currently more than 18,000+ NAPIT registered installers in the electrical, heating, plumbing, ventilation, microgeneration and building fabric trades across the UK domestic, commercial and industrial markets.
TRUSTMARK - Government Endorsed Quality
Mechurion is also a member of TrustMark, which is a government approved consumer protection organisation. As a member of this scheme, Mechurion are subject to additional checks and audits, and are 100% committed to comply with the Trustmark Code of Conduct & Customer Charter, which guarantees a higher degree of customer care and accountability.

RECC- Renewable Energy Consumer Code
Mechurion is a registered member of RECC (Renewable Energy Consumable Code), which sets out high consumer protection standards for businesses who are selling or leasing renewable energy generation systems to domestic consumers. RECC is approved by Chartered Trading Standards Institute as part of the Consumer Codes Approval Scheme and is also a TrustMark Scheme Operator.
MCS - Microgeneration Certification Scheme (UK)
The MCS scheme requires registered installers to fully comply with the requiremens of financial incentives such as Feed-in Tariffs & Renewable Heat incentives. It is regarded as the mark of quality for small scale renewable energy installations in general.
Under this scheme, Mechurion are certified to install Solar Thermal, Heat Pumps and Biomass Log Burner systems.
OFTEC
Mechurion are registered with OFTEC, one of the leading trade organistions for heating & cooking industries in the UK. It leads the way in the "off-gas grid" heating sector, and it's vision is for all consumers to have safe and efficient heating.
This is achieved by working with manufacturers of heating equipment, training providers, UKAS, LABC and other industry experts. Thousands of technicians like Mechurion, are registered with OFTEC's renowned UKAS accredited registration scheme to show their commitment to completing work that meets regional building regulations and industry best practice.

In the event that you are making a complaint, Mechurion will make every endeavout to settle the problem to your satisfaction amicably as soon as possible. In the event that this does not prove fruitful or to your full satisfaction, you have the right to contact NAPIT direct to seek their assistance. This can be done in writing or by completing their Contact Us form.
Alternative Dispute Resoluton (ADR)
In endeavouring to reach a satisfactory solution to a dispute, ADR is a quicker and cheaper alternative to court, as it enables customers and traders to resolve their disputes. It is a voluntary process and either party can still take action in court if a mutually acceptable solution is not reached. If required, the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) can provide access to an appropriate ADR organisation. Note that work carried out by an MCS or RECC member is covered by their Consumer Code Schemes.
Mechurion is a member of NAPIT, MCS and RECC.
